El procedimiento endod\u00f3ntico se realiza cuando el tejido pulpar dentro del diente est\u00e1 infectado o da\u00f1ado de manera irreversible, y su objetivo es eliminar esa infecci\u00f3n o da\u00f1o para salvar el diente.
