Sin embargo, tenemos muy claro que en ning\u00fan caso esta reducci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o tiene que afectar en lo m\u00e1s m\u00ednimo a las prestaciones y funcionalidad del aparato.<\/p><p>La polimerizadora <b>Geisser<\/b>\u00a0cumple fielmente con esta doctrina: para su dise\u00f1o se ha preferido primar una cuba de generosas Dimensiones (6 litros y 210 mm de di\u00e1metro) que permite satisfacer sin problemas la producci\u00f3n de un laboratorio de tama\u00f1o medio\/grande. Creemos que con semejante volumen no tendr\u00e1 problemas para acomodar sus trabajos en el interior.<\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #008cff;\"><span style=\"color: #0099ff;\"><strong>Seguridad:<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>Cuando hablamos de una m\u00e1quina que conjuga presi\u00f3n y temperatura, la preocupaci\u00f3n por la seguridad se intensifica. La soluci\u00f3n aportada por nuestros ingenieros vuelve a ser ingeniosa: para minimizar los riesgos que entra\u00f1a la presi\u00f3n, han optado por una cuba SIN SOLDADURAS, con un simple orificio en la parte central inferior, porque es all\u00ed donde se registran los menores esfuerzos.<\/p><p>Esta configuraci\u00f3n reduce significativamente los riesgos de rotura de la cuba por efecto de la presi\u00f3n. No obstante (y por si acaso) otras tres v\u00e1lvulas de seguridad se encargan de actuar en el caso de problemas.<\/p><p>El circuito el\u00e9ctrico sigue la misma filosof\u00eda. Las resistencias de calentamiento tienen limitada su temperatura de funcionamiento a 230 \u00baC a trav\u00e9s de dos sensores t\u00e9rmicos y un software dise\u00f1ado con criterios de seguridad. Mediante esta estrategia, el riesgo de accidente se ha reducido a su m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n.<\/p><ul><li style=\"color: #008cff;\"><span style=\"color: #0099ff;\"><strong>Versatilidad:<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>En MESTRA hemos decidido construir una m\u00e1quina de concepto universal.
